My adoptive child RAM

My TABATA session for today:

4 rounds, 2 mins rest in between rounds, 10sec rest in between exercises.
20sec Kettle bell swings
20sec burpees
20sec pushups
20sec squat and jump thingies…

It’s harder to chew. The taste is slightly better than regular teriyaki. Same price but I couldn’t find a cheaper snack for no carb day :/

I just had to share this. It’s incredible how people get a kick of bashing someone’s appearance just because it’s “out of the ordinary” and has some level of success. It’s very important to take a step back and look at the bigger picture. That you’re doing things for yourself and only for yourself. Who cares what other people think? But if you focus on the negative comments, you will miss the 10’s 100’s or millions you will inspire along the way just because you stuck to your guns and made shit work for you.
Whatever it is that you’re doing, just look forward. One day you will see the bigger picture with your signature in the bottom right corner.
